The flat has a kitchen-diner, a shared bathroom with walk-in shower and large living room. It is just off Hyndland Road and less than 10 minutes walk to Byres Road.
Rent for the room is £475 pcm, plus fixed bills (council tax, broadband and TV licence) which is £120 pcm per person, totalling £595. There will also be gas/elec to be split equally between 3 people.
Current flatmates are a doctor and a post-doc researcher, so I am looking for someone who is relatively quiet and tidy and ideally in full-time work.
