5 person student flat just off Argyle Street, 4 preexisting flatmates, 2 guys, 2 girls, non smokers, vegetarians. Enjoy cooking together and hanging out, partial to a good movie night and keeping active. We love a good night out from time to time but as we are 4th years we don't go out that much.

Location:
10 minute walk from Glasgow University through Kelvingrove Park. Situated between Partick and the City Centre and only a short walk to the River Clyde. 3 minutes from Exhibition Centre Station which is a great connection to Glasgow Central Station as the train is just 7 minutes. Lidl is about a 10 minute walk away and there's lots of smaller supermarkets close by, (two tescos and a sainbury's) also a local greengrocers, Roots & Fruits. Argyle Street is a vibrant highstreet with lots of pubs, small bars cafes and restaurants. There's also a post office just round the corner.

The Flat:
A spacious kitchen with lots of cupboard space and an enclave sitting room. The bathroom is nice and modern which has recently been renovated with a large shower. The double bedroom available has a nice view of the church behind and comes furnished.
