- Live in Landlord.

- Room is 18.5m2 and has a king size bed.

- Lots of storage space with 2 built in cupboards, shelving unit, as well as ottoman bed base.

- Bills include both gas and electricity and will be split equally 3 ways unless there is disproportionate usage. Last year this averaged at £55ppm, hopefully a little lower this year with the reduced price of energy.

Heating wise I am the kind of person to put a jumper on in the winter rather than turn the heating on but at the same time the heating is there for a reason and nobody should be uncomfortable in their home.

- Broadband is included.

-There is currently a lounge, but this will be changed to a bedroom in September (The total number of occupants will still be 3). There is however a some space on the landing which houses a dining table.

- Starting in October there will be a fortnightly cost of about £60 (split 3 ways) for professional cleaning of all the communal areas including stairs, hallway, bathroom and kitchen.

- There is currently one other flatmate (male)

- Council tax band E which means if you are not a student you would be responsible for council tax of £160 per month

About me

I am a 4th year medical student (going into final year next year) studying at the University of Glasgow. I am normally on placement 9-5 during the week, when I’m not studying I train Muay Thai and go to the gym. I have a girlfriend who spends about half of nights with me in the flat however this is balanced by me spending half of the time at hers. I am also quite introverted and when I am home a lot of the time I just like to relax by myself. All together this means you probably won’t see me very much.

Ideal flatmate

I am ideally looking for someone that is doing a postgraduate degree/ medicine/ dentistry/ mature student etc (not essential) and someone who isn’t out on the lash every night/ makes a lot of noise. I don’t really mind if you completely ignore me or if you want to chill and hang out sometimes but I’m not the kind of flatmate where we’d be cooking dinners and eating together every night. The same as anyone else I’d like to live with people that are clean and tidy for example washing up pots after using them instead of leaving them on the side/ in the sink.
