1152 Argyle St Flat 3/2, in the heart of Finnieston. 15 minute walk from Glasgow university, 10 minute walk from Exhibition centre station with bus-stop on same street. Single room for sale £405 a month rent plus £27 bills (including wifi). Other rooms currently pay more as they are much larger. I pay £425 but get discounted bills, this is something that you can negotiate with current flatmates. Communal area with a table and kitchen, one bathroom between 4. Would be sharing with 3 2nd year female students - clean, tidy, friendly girls. Flat allows small pets such as mice/hamsters/rats/rabbits - flat contract set to end June 1st, you can negotiate this with current flatmates if you want. Room includes double bed, double wardrobe (may not be one shown in pictures), desk and chair. Washing machine, no drier but good central heating and laundrette down the street. Also a high possibility of another room becoming available in the flat at the same time, so if looking for 2 rooms for yourself and a friend please feel free to still get in touch, two males may be considered (other room is £425 as it is slightly larger).
