Hello, my flatmate is moving out to be closer to her job and this frees up a room as I love this flat. It's located on Dumbarton Road, a 2 min walk away from Partick Bus/Subway/Train station. This makes it well linked up for Students of any Glasgow colleges or universities.
It is right next to many shops and is in the lively West End of Glasgow, so there is always plenty to do.

I myself am a Chemistry student at Strathclyde. I'm friendly and enjoy a night out as any student does, and I am respectful of your space.
This flat is student friendly, LGBTQ+ friendly, and vegetarian/vegan friendly.

This is not a sub-let, I would like to start a new lease with a new flatmate. Ideally I would like to have someone ready to sign a lease for the move in date, otherwise I will need to take the lease out in only my name which isn't ideal.
This however all protects you with all of the official legislation around tenancy.
