Available to rent is a great double room in a 2 bedroom flat, right in Glasgow's West End. The flat is just off Byres Road, super close to the University, Kelvingrove Park and the Botanic Gardens, and only a short walk/subway into town.

The room is available for three months from April - June.

In true Glasgow style the room is large and spacious, with a big shared lounge and kitchen, as well as a large hallway which can be used for storing bikes etc.. Everything in the flat is sound and works well. The other tenant is very easy going and easy to live with.

I'm looking for someone to replace myself in the flat for three months while I'm away. Someone tidy and easy to get on with for my existing flat mate would be great! Any questions please don't hesitate to ask, we have a private landlord who takes care of the property and is more than helpful to fix any issues straight away.
