Light, spacious room with own bathroom in Hyndland

There is a double room with a private bathroom available in my first floor flat from 3rd January. The room faces a quiet street and has a beautiful view over a bowling green. There is a large shared living space with log burner and a large kitchen with a dishwasher and modern cooker. There is double glazing throughout the flat, as well as central heating. Bills and cost of weekly cleaner included.

I am a tidy, sociable GP who travels a lot at weekends.

The flat has three bedrooms, but I would be the only flatmate. The third bedroom has a sofa bed and is used as an extra sitting room, for storage and for hanging washing.

Parking is restricted, but a permit can be arranged through the council within 10 days.

The flat is a short walk to Kelvinhall and Hillhead subways, and Partick subway/station.
