Lovely Double Bedroom in the West End

Double bedroom in a large flat with a spacious living room and similar sized kitchen.

My place is located just off Byres Roads (literally 30 seconds) in the heart of the West End. I'm looking for someone to move in over the summer period for 3 months (because my current flatmate is away); however i'm happy to consider a permanent flatmate (not to get too boring about this - i get along with my current flatmate, but she understands that holding the room for her for 3 months could be difficult)

On a personal level, i'm a very easy going, clean and normal human being :)
I work as a manager for EE (so i can sort you out with a discounted phone) and i like running, tennis, cinema and the occasional drink on the weekend; truly controversial stuff.

I've noticed it's common here for people to not post the entire price, so apologies for the slightly sleazy title (that mentions £400). That price is just for the room itself. £550 is the full price - this includes absolutely everything (rent, bills, WIfI, tv, council tax, etc). If you're a student, the whole price would drop down to approx £500.
