The flat is ground floor, in a very well kept building with good neighbours who will happily take your parcels in when you’re not at home. There’s a great shared back garden area and on street parking.

I’m a 31 year old female who works in social housing. I’m also studying a Masters course part time and trying to have a bit of a life in between.
I like baking, red wine and getting out and about in the west end. I’ve shared loads over the years and find it works best when you can get along more as friends than just splitting the bills.

My current friend and flatmate is moving home to NZ at the end of May so, looking for someone new to share with.
