The rest of the flat includes a kitchen with dining table, separate living room with big comfy sofa, tv & French doors overlooking residents garden. Residents private parking available.

1st floor flat with lift. Double glazing & gas central heating.

Rent includes: utilities, council tax, broadband & tv licence.

Viewings weekends & weekday evenings.

Also available as a Mon - Fri let.

The rate includes contributions to Council Tax and might not be suitable for students who are eligible for a discount.
