It's a secure 2 bedroom ground floor flat within a Victorian house. It has a terrace for sitting out which, together with the large kitchen, comprises the social area.

It also has a large storage shed outside for bikes, BBQ etc.

The kitchen has fridge, dishwasher, double electric oven, large 4-burner gas hob with central wok burner, hood that extracts to the exterior, microwave, kettle, pans, cutlery and crockery.

The large bathroom has a power-shower cubicle and separate bath. The shower is at mains pressure.

The utility area has a freezer, washing machine, AAA efficiency tumble dryer and gas central heating boiler (high efficiency condensing boiler) providing heating and hot water on demand.
