Double room in new build flat.

Double room in new build flat in the heart of the west end of Glasgow. Situated close to travel amenities, being 2 minute walk from Kelvinhall subway and 5 minute walk from Partick train station. Less than 10 minute walk to the University. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. We are both medical students who are on placement, so need to get up early. This means we tend to go to bed early and require the flat to be quiet to do so but do enjoy going out at weekends. No musical instruments are allowed, from previous bad experiences! Parking is available, but as we currently rent it out to cover the factor fee, if you wanted to use it it would mean the rent would be increased to £480 per month. But we are a friendly flat looking for a flat mate that is similar to us and we can become friends with.
