Looking to sublet spacious and bright double room in a modern 2 bed flat. Shared living room, kitchen & bath. Flat is located in a quiet street in the Yorkhill area of Glasgow which is about a 10/15 minutes walk from University. Shops, bars & restaurants nearby.
I am a PhD student at the University of Glasgow (Economics) in my third year. I have lived in many flatshares over the years and am happy to tread the fine line between being too sociable and not sociable enough.
Ideal move in date would be sometime in January, but I can be somewhat flexible if required. Ideal for someone who is in Glasgow for an Erasmus semester.
