Looking for someone to take over for my flatemate's room once she graduates in June.

I am an American Ph. D. student in my last year at Glasgow Uni
The flat is situated just off Maryhill road 5-10 min walk away from Tesco Extra in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There will be allocated parking spots if you have a car.
The room is an ensuite and you'll have your own bathroom as well as a lot of storage space.
It is about a 15-20 min walk to Glasgow Uni
The flat is 312.50 a month and all in it is about 365 pounds a month
I am looking for someone who is a postgraduate student who is tidy and easy going. I don't drink, but am a rower so I spend many of my days at the boathouse if not in the library. I am not looking for a party flatmate, but someone who is studying as well.
This flat is very nice and the rent is cheap for the area. It is a gem!
