Cosy double bedroom in Hyndland

I have recently completed my masters in architecture at Glasgow School of Art and looking for a flatmate. The flat is on the second floor of a converted townhouse and there is access to large private gardens out the back. I like to keep the flat very clean, and am looking for a flatmate who’s fun and easygoing.

The flat is quite spacious, and comes equipped with everything you should need in the kitchen. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The room has a large wardrobe, 3/4 double bed with storage underneath, a good sized desk, desk lamp, mirror and coat hooks. The flat is surrounded by great cafes, bars and shops, is situated only 5 minutes walk from Byres Road. WiFi is £18 per month each and heating and electricity bills are just worked out at the end of each month. The property is council tax band E so £120 per month, payable with the rent.
