This is a two-bedroom flat that is less than a 10-minute walk from Glasgow University and it takes less than 1 minute to get to Kelvinhall Subway (which makes the city centre easily accessible).

The flat has been furnished and comes with a fully equipped kitchen (including plates, cutlery, pots, pans, mugs, etc). The room for rent has a double bed, a large chest of drawers and also a spacious wardrobe. There is also a book shelf and a study desk.

There is a washing machine that doubles as a tumble dryer and a designated shared space outdoors for hanging out washing. The wifi is currently wifi virgin connection is really fast - no issues with streaming, etc. There is also a projector in the living room which is perfect for movies. If needed, there is additionally a large storage room where suitcases, boxes, etc can be stored.

The flat is just off Byers road and also Dumbarton road so there are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, places to visit, etc. There is a basketball court and football pitch just behind the building. Within a 5-minute walk, there is also a Tesco, Sainsbury's, Lidl and a Morrisons so it is easy to get the weekly shop. There is also a gym just at the bottom of the road.

There are plenty of parking spaces around the flat. Please note that these are charged. It may be possible to purchase a parking permit for the year from the city council (this, I believe, is about £80 (not included)), There is also a free parking area that is about a 10-minute walk from the flat that I can recommend!

There will be another tenant staying in the other room. She is a 30 year old phd student, easygoing and very tidy.

Anyone is welcome, although, for council tax purposes, students are preferred. Council tax band D.

The wifi costs an additional £16 per person per month.
