Less than a minute from Hillhead Subway and a stone's throw from Glasgow University and the Botanic Gardens.

The room on offer is stylish, spacious and freshly decorated, with views of Athol Gardens. It is comfortably furnished and I am happy to provide additional pieces at the tennants request.. We also have a well kept shared garden and cellar storage.

The kitchen is a large and bright dining kitchen with washer dryer, microwave, double oven. and cappuccino machine.

Parking is on street and residents can obtain permit.
