I am looking for a flatmate to rent a large double bedroom in a lovely modernized tenement flat in the West End of Glasgow. It's only 10 minutes walking from UofG, bus and subway station, and not far from the city center. The flat is near Kelvingrove Park, having a garden and a parking spot. The flat has tons of natural light with double glazing, all necessary electric appliances, heating, and wifi. I'm a live-in landlord currently living here.
