Single room next to Glasgow Uni

My flatmate and I are chill, quiet, non students who spend a bit of time doing music during sociable hours and play video games etc in our spare time. We both work full time normal hours. We're looking for some chill to take a spare room off our hands, it's a single room with a queen bed and furniture available.

We have quite a nice shared living room and a small but sufficient kitchen and bathroom.

Flat is right next to Glasgow Uni and all local amenities. The area is amazing.

There'll be council tax to contribute towards as we're not students the flat won't qualify for exemption.

Our agency will require the standard application materials/process with you including a deposit and reference.
