Bedsit at Kelvinbridge

This is a small room in a house of bedsits, each with cooking hob, fridge and sink. Shared shower rooms. The rent is low as the room is quite small and would be useful for someone who needs to commute to work and needs a place for a few nights per week. Alternatively it can be rented just for a few months (not less than three). Each room has an electric meter so each person pays for whatever electricity they use. The Council Tax is paid by the landlady (myself) who lives on the ground floor.
