The flat is located in Finnieston and is a 15 minute walk to Glasgow university and into town. It has a shared kitchen and bathroom. It comes furnished with a sofa bed, but I bought a bed that I will be selling one I move. The price can be negotiated.
You will be sharing with a female final year Ph. D. student at Glasgow Uni. As a result of this, she is very busy and is looking for a flatmate who is kind, clean and considerate. She is super friendly and loves to have a chat, but is looking for someone who is respectful of other people's space.
