Large Airy Double Room Available

Hello,

I am a 28 year old professional looking to find a new flatmate for my spare room in my flat. My lovely current flatmate is sadly finishing her semester in Glasgow & will move out sometime in December. The flat is located in Partick in the west end of Glasgow.

You’re spoilt for choice in relation to transport links which include Partick train station/subway station which is around a 7 minute walk and Hyndland train station which is around 10 minute walk. There is also many busses which leave from a stop around 4 minutes away including links straight into the city centre and a frequent bus service to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. In addition there is free on street parking if you have a car.

There are many amenities at your door step including a Sainsbury's and M&S. Morrisons and Lidl are less than 10 minutes walk away and there are multiple nice cafes, restaurants and bars.

I like to keep the flat clean & tidy. I enjoy socialising but also appreciate time to myself. I am looking to find someone who would be respectful of this who may be up for having dinner together/a takeaway together from time to time. I’m ideally hoping to find someone who is looking to rent on a longer term basis but the most important thing to me is finding the right person. I also have a nut allergy which has got worse in recent years so I would ask you not to bring certain nuts into the flat. I may not be the best suited flatmate for hardcore peanut lovers...

The flat compromises of a cosy living room with a fabulous view across the west end, a gas fire, corner sofa, tv and dining table by the window, a bathroom with shower & bath, a kitchen with washing machine & coffee machine and two bedrooms.

The rent includes council tax, gas & electric, tv licence & internet (high speed fibre).

The room has a standard double sized loft bed to maximise the space. There is a large double wardrobe & chest of drawers so there's loads of storage space. There's also a comfy pull down sofa bed under the loft bed which allows you to have your own private sofa space.
