Looking for a new flatmate

My flatmate has moved in with her boyfriend so I'm looking for someone to move into her room.

The flat is just off Argyle Street so it's handy for shops bars and restaurants. It's a 10 minute walk to the nearest train and subway stations.

The flat is 3 bed and but I'm only looking for 1 person to move in. I've got an en suite so the main bathroom is all yours. There's on street parking and a shared garden. Council tax, gas and electricity and fibre broadband are all included. The flat also has a washer dryer.

I'm a professional and after work I go to the gym or relax in front of the TV and on weekends I go out for dinner with my friends. I'm looking for someone similar to move in. If you think you would be suitable please get in touch.
