Double-bedrooms near University of Glasgow

One large double-bedroom and a smaller double-bedroom to rent just off Byres Road very close to University of Glasgow. The rooms are furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe and chair with a dressing table in the larger.

I am looking for lodgers for one month over July.

This is a lovely Victorian fully furnished flat in the west end located 2 minutes away from University Avenue. It has 3 double bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, bathroom and reasonably sized communal hallway which we regularly use for hosting friends. There is an electric shower, electric hob and washing machine. There is one parking permit available for anyone who owns a car.

It is situated perfectly for students as it is a 2 minute walk away from University Avenue, Byres road and the subway station. Strathclyde University is just under an hours walk away and there are great transport links there including a direct bus + subway.

I am from Edinburgh and currently working. I am looking for lodgers flatmates who are easy to get along with and looking for somewhere short term over summer. I aim to keep the flat reasonably tidy and would appreciate someone who would do the same.
Rent includes broadband and tv license.

Gas/electricity bills range between £25-£50 a month dependent on the time of year.
