Room for rent in large flat in Glasgow's West End

The flat is very large, occupying two levels of a traditional sandstone tenement building in a beautiful, very leafy and quiet street in Partickhill, near Byres Road, between Hyndland and Partick train stations (less than 5 min walk from either). This is a very popular neighbourhood in the West End, as it is near all the main attractions and very peaceful at the same time, in an exceptionally friendly community.

The advertised room is on the lower level, where there is a very large (shared) kitchen/dining room and a very large bathroom with bath and shower for the exclusive use of our guest.

There is a separate entrance near the room on the lower level for our guest. Because of the size of the flat and the layout, our guests enjoy a lot of privacy.

There is GCH and free national and international landline calls (not business) as well as broadband. There is also a tv (+cable) and DVD player in the room.

The owners reserve the upper level of the flat for their exclusive use only. We are a couple with an 9 year old daughter and a large dog.

We require a quiet, professional person, who is respectful of the space.

As this is a family home, we expect our guests not to bring their own guests over, at any time.
