Double Room Available in West End Flat bills Inc.

Hi there,
I have a double room to rent in a lovely, very peacefull furnished two-bed west end flat and am looking for a tenant. All bills and broadband included. It is currently available and I am looking for a tenant from July onwards. The flat would suit a professional or post graduate student. The ideal for us is a short term let but we might consider a longer let for the right person.

I own the flat and stay there a few days a week during term time when I am teaching at the University of West Scotland. My husband sometimes uses the flat too a couple of nights a month a most. Our main home is in the Highlands, so you'll have the place to yourself quite a lot - particularly in the summer.

The flat is on the second floor of a tenement building, on a nice quiet street a short walk from Kelvinbridge station, Gt. Western Road and Kelvinside/Kelvingrove park. You can also walk into town easily.

I'm in my late forties and teach filmmaking as well as making films.
