Looking for a clean, friendly flatmate - I am a professional working a 9-5 in the city centre, but I’m happy to live with either a professional or student. I like to socialise & go on the occasional night out but am also respectful of alone/quiet time & privacy. Love to cook (I'm a veggie but you don't need to be), regular film night haver, love going to gigs & local events. The flat is perfect for hosting dinner parties or get togethers on the sofa with the spacious living room, but it’s not a flat for big parties.

The room was redecorated (repainted & new carpet installed) in late 2023. The bathroom has just been fully refitted, everything in there is brand new & was installed in November 2025.
