Free parking available around the house or permit available to purchase per year - approximately £50 for the year. Optional purchase, externally via the local council.

Rent £500 per month.
Price includes all bills (gas, electric, internet and council tax).

Negotiable short term lets for higher rent price.

The deposit is required within 30 days of moving in. Can be paid in installments.
