Preferably looking for another professional, who's quite sociable and likes to keep the flat tidy.
The Landlord has given me the permission to advertise the room and choose the tenant but he'll have the final say. He will also want to meet you to provide him with necessary payslips and references just to show you are able to afford the rent.
