The flat itself is a large 3-bed flat finished to a high standard. The communal kitchen is spacious and complete with all mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven/hob, blender, coffee machine, microwave etc. There is also a smart TV in the kitchen. Please note that there is no communal living room. Bathroom has shower over bath.
The flat is situated in the popular Finnieston area of the West End. It is a 5 min walk to Charing Cross Subway Station, 10-15 min walk to city centre, 20 min walk through the beautiful Kelvingrove park to Glasgow Uni, and 10 min walk to Glasgow School of Art.

I’m 23 years old, working full-time (from home at the moment) as a paralegal and studying for my diploma part-time. I’m very busy but still enjoy relaxing in the flat, and hanging out with friends and family. I need to have a clean and tidy place to live so please keep this in mind if you’re interested in the flat. It’s a great flat so I only want to live with people that are like-minded in terms of keeping it clean and tidy!
The rent is £500 + bills (electricity & WiFi bills are around £50/person a month but depends on usage). If you’re not a student, I’ll also ask for £50 contribution to council tax per month. Deposit is 1 months rent (£500). Room is available from 10 July 2021!
