Hi, we’re looking for a new flatmate to take over a room in our 3 bedroom flat, with rent being £675 a month, everything included!
The room is a large double room, with plenty storage, a wardrobe and a double bed. The flat has a large living room, a bathroom with a bath and shower, a dining room and kitchen. It is situated near Glasgow University, the botanic gardens and only a few minutes walk to Byres Road.
We’re looking for someone who we can get along with, likes to hang out and cook, have a few drinks with. We are both working professionals so would be looking for someone similar.
