Hi there!! Two professional females looking for a new flatmate to share a large top floor, traditional sandstone tenement flat. A walk away from Kelvingrove and the Botanical Gardens.

The £550 quoted is an approx cost for rent, bills and council tax.

The Flat: furnished, with a large living and dining area. The kitchen is a suitable size and we would share the bathroom.

Parking: There is on street parking which is permitted. Permits are payable on a 3 monthly basis.

The Room: comes furnished with a bed, a bedside table, and small desk. The landlord is happy for us to decorate in neutral colours if we wish.

Flatmates: We are easy going but tidy and would like to find someone who is the same. We like socialising and having people round, so would need someone who doesn't mind being around or partaking in a weekend blow out every now and again. Equally we are happy in our own space. We like to spend time outdoors when we aren't working, if you are up for this...the more the merrier. We are creative type personalities, working in the architectural industry. We are hybrid workers and have a mixture of working from home and in the office midweek.

Any new flatmate would be expected to split the cost of council tax (Band E) and bills.
