Hi, I’m looking for a female flatmate sharing a nice flat in a good quality old building, sitting in the centre of Glasgow west end. Shared bathroom, Kitchen and living room. Big double bedroom available.

I work in Glasgow city centre and recently working from home. I’m quiet, tidy and non smoker. I have regular daily routine, working from 8.30 am to 5.30pm on workdays.

I’m looking for a lovely female who is tidy, quiet, has regular daily routine as me, also can stay in this flat at least 6 months. It would be great if you also work so we can share council tax.

The flat is well maintained by IVY Property. We will sign a new contract with the help of agency and the agency will responsible for all maintenance requests and regular checking.

The location is brilliant which can achieve 10 mins walk to Glasgow Uni, Byres Road, Dumbarton Road, Hillhead subway station
5 mins walk to Kelvin hall subway station
10-15 mins walk to Partick train station.

Shops, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and GPs are around the areas, only 10- 15 mins walk to Waitrose, Tesco, Lidl, Morrison’s. It’s a quiet and friendly area to live convenient life!
