my flatmate and I have a room available in our 3 bedroom flat from September this year (could be arranged earlier if you need) in an amazing west end location just off Byers road! Rent is £476 per month plus bills which is around £38. Our landlord gives us 10 months at £476 and then 2 months free as he has spread the total cost across 10 months. So it’s a great deal! The spare room is very spacious and has a double bed, and a large desk. The flat it’s self has a fairly large kitchen and a large living area. it’s very spacious for the west end. The flat is less than a 5 minute walk from Glasgow University and very close to Hillhead subway station.
