The property is in a fantastic location, 10 minutes’ walk to the University of Glasgow and 15 min to the city centre. The flat is also close to St. George’s Cross Subway Station and is two minutes walking from Lidl in Maryhill and, Sainsbury, Savers and Tesco on the Great Western Road.
The flat is quiet and bright. It comes with two bedrooms, an airy dining kitchen (with all appliances provided) and a spacious living room. The bedroom has a double bed, desk, double-glazed windows, chest drawers and a built-in wardrobe.

The rent is 300£ per month and bills are excluded (gas, electricity and broadband). No smokers preferred.
I’m looking for a tidy and respectful girl who takes the room. Short term is also considered. I prefer a student for council tax purposes as I am exempted (I'm a student). However, I can consider professional too, provided that they are willing to pay the council tax in full.
