Hello, I'm a sociable 26 year-old male professional, looking for either a male or female flatmate to rent the second bedroom in my flat. The current tenant has to relocate down south for work.

It's a fully furnished, spacious double bedroom on the top floor with great view over Glasgow. The flat is located in the West End of Glasgow, only minutes away from Byres Road, Great Western Road, and Glasgow University. Local transport links are easily accessible. It's a great area, and the building was fully refurbished in the 90's, so is in a lot better condition than others in the local area.

Moving in date from 8th October, initially for a six-month contract renewable at the end if we both get along. Rent is £535 per calendar month, inclusive of council tax (band E), gas, electricity, line rental, unlimited broadband and TV licence.

The flat has a big living room, with a great view, and a big flatscreen TV. It is a non-smoking flat, although if smokers are happy to go outside to smoke then that's no problem. I would prefer not to live with a couple or with someone whose other half spends most of their time at the flat.
