Spacious double bedroom in shared flat in West End

Hi, we're Daisy and Margot and we're looking for someone to move into the recently-available third room in our flat from the start of July. The room is spacious with a double bed, a sofa, and bay windows, and is in close proximity to Byres Road, Great Western Road, and Glasgow University (2-minute walk). We are both friendly students at Glasgow University going into our 3rd year and are looking for someone who is sociable but also appreciates their own space, and would help out around the flat!

The property includes secure entry, gas central heating, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a gas oven and stove, as well as a spacious entrance/hallway. On-street parking may be available.

We would be looking for someone to join us on the lease as we are unable to sublet - as a result, a deposit would be required and vetting by both ourselves and by the letting agency.
