Hello! Looking for a flatmate to move in at the start of March.

It's a second floor flat and the room for rent is a double bedroom (dressing table and desk from photos not included).

Shared bathroom with bath and shower.

Kitchen has gas cooker and washing machine.

Nice-sized sitting room with dining table and two double sofas.

Double-glazed windows and gas central heating.

Rent - £437.50 a month

Bills and Wifi - usually around £40, but heating fluctuating a bit at the minute.

Nice area, about 10min walk to Byres road and
5mins to Dumbarton road. Lots of shops nearby (Morrisons, Lidl & Sainsbury's), and plenty of nice pubs/cafes. Kelvinhall subway station just about a 7min walk away.

About me - I'm a PhD student studying archaeology at Glasgow Uni. Ideally looking for a postgrad/student because of council tax. I sometimes work from home, sometimes from the uni. I'm tidy and easy-going, so would be looking for someone similar. Happy for someone that wants their own space but equally would be lovely to have someone that likes going out for coffee/cooking meals together sometimes.
