The flat has two bedrooms on the ground floor (one of which is my own) and bathroom as well as sizable cupboards in the hallway for storage. Then a carpeted staircase to the second floor where there is a large living room and a bright dining room (which can be used as a home office). There is also a modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, juicer, etc.

There is lots, and lots of room for storage around the flat as well as an underground garage and free private parking within the grounds.

Rent is £600 a month and the deposit required is £600.
Electricity is works out on average to £50 per month.
Wifi is fibre and is £30 per month.
Council tax is Band F but I'm a fulltime PhD student and exempt so if you are not a full-time student you would have to cover this.

The flat is less than 10 minutes walk to Byres road and 12 to the University of Glasgow. Hyndland shops are less than 5 away, and if you work or study in the city centre thats only 20/25 mins away via subway. The area is renowned for its quietness and natural beauty.

I am seeking a responsible, tidy, friendly person like myself to share with. I have lived in this flat 2.5 years and it is my home. I work at Strathclyde where I am finishing up my PhD, I do a lot of sports, gym, and generally am not around the flat much. When I am home I enjoy cooking copious amounts of food in the evening and listening to my metal.
