Double room (bills included) at Glasgow Harbour

Furnished double bedroom with desk and a double built in wardrobe at Glasgow Harbour available from September 20th. The main bathroom will mainly be yours apart from when guests are round as the other bedroom has an en suite (and therefore pays more rent). The living room/kitchen (with dishwasher), utility room (with washing machine & tumble dryer), pantry, cloak room and balcony will be common!

The rent is £950pcm and this includes rent, gas/electricity, council tax, factors fees, Wi-Fi, Netflix etc & puppy therapy!

Current flatmate - Ross is an easy going, 31 year old tech teacher who is really tidy and enjoys cooking, bouldering and playing his electric drum kit! He’s very sociable, loves a pint at the weekend but also enjoys his down time.

About Maple - Maple is our 3 year old Cockapoo! She doesn’t shed any hair and is completely hypoallergenic however she does bark like mad when the door goes (we are trying to train her not to do this). Since she’s a lockdown pup she’s very clingy and isn’t left alone often, we are also trying to work on this!

The flat is quite colourful and quirky and there’s a lot of stuff which can make it quite cluttered if not kept neat and tidy so someone who also likes to keep a tidy space would be ideal!

P. S. I (Holly) am actually a live-out landlord, just can’t seem to change that part! Ross is the live-in landlord who will be your flatmate :)
