Both rooms have been newly painted, brand new carpets (not shown in photos), new king-size beds with expensive comfortable mattresses. Both rooms have a wardrobe and chest of drawers (also a desk and chair, if you would like). All bills (+broadband) are included and the flat is professionally cleaned every fortnight.
