Looking for someone to take over my double room in a lovely Westend flat right off of Dumbarton Rd! In a historic tenement building but the flat has been renovated with modern appliances and double-paned windows (keeps the flat warm and cuts down on heating costs). Whole apartment is fully furnished and the room includes a double bed, wardrobe and desk. Includes a shared living room (2 couches and a TV) and kitchen (with table & chairs, dishwasher, washing machine), 2 storage closets and an updated bathroom.

Flat is in a prime location - barely a minute walk to Partick train/subway station, 15-20 minute walk to University of Glasgow, and a five-minute walk to Morrisons, Lidl, Sainsbury and M&S food. The neighborhood is really friendly, and you're near the River Clyde if you like nice walking paths and scenic views.

Looking for someone who is a student to join my current flatmate who is a PhD student at UG. She would appreciate a female flatmate who is friendly and cleans up after themselves and just respectful of each other's schedules and space.

Shared wifi, gas and electricity. Wifi and gas is each about £12.50 a month per person; electricity is about £10-20 a month per person. If you are not a student, you will additionally be fully responsible for council tax. The flat is Band D.
