Large double room in nice location (All bills inc)

I’m looking for someone to flat share with and to rent the large double room in my flat which is located only five minutes walk from the city centre and also next to Kelvingrove park so it’s in a great location in the city. All bills will be covered with £600 which includes fast unlimited broadband, gas and electricity and council tax, and a months deposit is also required up front. A little bit about myself... I’m 40 and I’m an easy going friendly guy and I enjoy keeping fit and healthy and I like to get out of the flat most days. I work as a professional wedding/function singer & music producer and once live music is back I will be out of the flat a few nights of the week working so you will have the flat to yourself a lot.
