Beautiful room, great loaction, fab flatmates!

Hiya,

I'm looking to find someone to take over my room from the 8th of June 2022 as I'm sadly moving out.

The flat is fantastic- it has a huge kitchen/ living room, lots of storage space in the entrance and extra cupboard, 2 bathrooms (both have showers) and it's full of super lovely people.

The place is in a fab, very central location but also benefits from a low council tax band (D) and is within 5 min walking distance to Great Western Road and a 3 min walk to St George's Cross subway station, and multiple busses headed to and from town.

The flat mates:

-Maggie (she/her) originally from Orkney, is an engineering graduate who likes to surf, play badmington and is currently taking spanish classes. Always up for a laugh!

-Ingrid (she/her) also from Orkney, is a geology graduate who works in consulting. She's very outdoorsy, loves to travel and has loads of energy, whether that be for cross fit classes or the pub x

-Megan (she/her) is a Physics PHD student from Wales. She loves watching funny movies and sharing a laugh over a drink and is also keen to explore new parts of the city.

-Eric (he/him) is a music teacher also from Orkney. He won't be moving in until the 12th of June but from what I hear he's absolutely lovely and plans on taking some dance classes when he gets to Glasgow.

The finances:
-Rent £410 / month
-Wifi £5.60
-Council tax £38.20
-Gas and Electric is roughly £55 per month (depending on usage) but could increase in the current economic climate.

Furnished or unfurnished?
-The room comes fully furnished, as is, only thing that's mine is the lean shelf in the corner which i will be taking with me.
-the kitchen comes fully furnished with lots of appliances including 3 fridges (1 big gorgeous SMEG fridge), 2 freezers, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, blue microwave and wahsing lines.
-the big bathroom has underfloor heating!!

Other:
We would prefer a professional but if a student is willing to pay the council tax, that would be fine.
We ask that you are LGBTQIA+ friendly.
The letting agent are charging £150 changeover fee for the name swap on the tenancy agreement- so I'm happy to split it and I ask that you pay half (£75).
Depending on your move in date, we will work out how much rent we both pay for the month of June.
