The house itself is spacious, We have a huge living room where we can socialize, a front garden, and a lovely rear garden as well with a bench and greenhouse (if you're an avid gardener, you'll get along with one of us really well!) So lots of communal space for you to relax and enjoy yourself, especially this time of the year! It is surrounded by flowers and fruit trees, which makes a very beautiful sight during spring and summer. The house has 2 bathrooms, and a shared living room. 2 fridges in the kitchen and living room, and potentially a pool table too.
Room 1: the biggest bedroom of the house, you will have a direct view of the garden and a double bed with plenty of space for your belongings.
Room 2: the second biggest bedroom of the house, with a double bed and a full view window, comes with really good lighting during the day, also facing towards the garden.
Room 3: the smallest bedroom of the house, with a double bed and room for a table, however, this room has a walk-in wardrobe which makes the storage very easy. facing towards the east.
In terms of utilities our energy, gas, and broadband come to around £50, varying based on season but mostly accurate. For professionals, the total council tax for a month is roughly £360, if the rest of the room is also filled by professionals you are looking to pay around £120 per month for tax.
It is the time of the year for bros and sis to look for a flat together and this house with hmo is a perfect choice!
