About the Flat:

Room for rent in heart of Glasgow's West End. Excellent location which is extremely close to Glasgow Uni, Kelvingrove Park, the Botanic Gardens and surrounded by several pubs, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Kelvinbridge subway is also just round the corner, so transport into city centre is very easy. Very handy if you are a student or professional.

The room itself comes with a double bed and there is plenty of space for storage throughout the flat. The room is unfurnished other than the bed and radiator. Also comes with its own bath and shower room. Living room and kitchen are both shared. Living room has plenty of space and ideal for meals as well.

Rent £683 [bills not included]

Internet divided evenly £15 per month. Electricity ect approx. £80-90 per month divided equally.

Council Tax Band D - approx. £180 a month split evenly

About me:

I'm 27 years old and full-time working professional. Looking for a flatmate who is happy to hang out and socialise but also respectful of privacy and personal space. Happy to have someone who wants to have friends over.

I've got a broad range of interests for my free-time. I'm into reading, working out/running, watching TV, video games, cooking, music and nights out. I'm very easy-going and hoping for someone who will be good company. I've been in the flat for approx 3 1/2 years, and can recommend it as a great place to stay, especially if you are a student or professional.
