Bright double room in West end

Hi there, due to my lovelly flatmate moving to
her own home, i am looking for a new professional to take her place, ideally from mid November/start December. The room is furnished, with double wardrobe and bed also a desk (that can be added back in or not). Its on a bright and spacious flat with separate kitchen, fully equipped, spatious living room with balcony two bathrooms and storage space. You will be having your own bathroom. We keep the kitchen clean and take turns for cleaning common spaces when needed. Flat is in great location, close to metro and all Patrick and Byres road amenities. Very close to Glasgow Uni as well. you will be sharing with me, 38, professional, working in university as a researcher. I am looking for people interested in taking over a shared lease with me, as the flat is being managed through an agency. As there is council tax additional to rent, i prefer a working adult or someone keen to share that bill with me.
