Flat share in Glasgow West- Partick

I’m looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving back home as of March the 11th! Hoping to find someone who can stay the academic year, preferably a female also!

The flat is in Partick, it’s about a 15 minute walk from Glasgow Uni and the subway/train station is less than a five minute walk. Takes around 5 minutes on the train to the city centre, really great location for transport links.

The flat is top floor, really bright rooms and fully furnished :) the room comes with a fitted wardrobe also.

I’m a student and also work part time in a bar. I am often out and about but enjoy relaxing in the flat and cooking dinner. I like to keep my space clean and I am respectful of whoever I’m living with. As I am planning to go on and study a post graduate degree, I’m looking for someone who would also respect when I have exams. However, I do tend to head to the library to study :) I enjoy going out for drinks or dinner when I have the time, would be nice to make a friend to come along!
