Bright And Happy Flat :)

Hi, I’m Laura :)
I’m a 20-year-old UofG chemistry student and hoping to meet a nice flatmate. Ideally looking for another student for the council tax bill. I take really good care of my flat and hope that you’ll like it too.
The bedroom has a king-sized bed (with hidden storage drawers), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers (with a mirror on top) and a bedside table. The desk and chair will be leaving but I am trying to sort out getting a desk and chair before you arrive.
There's also a dishwasher and pulley to dry your clothes on!
it is a maximum 20-minute walk from the furthest Glasgow Uni campus and a 20-minute walk from Buchanan Street.
The flat is right next to St George's Cross subway station, so you can get anywhere in Glasgow easily.
You can get a parking permit for £23.75 for 3 months and renew it when required.
My current flatmate and I pay £100 each for the bills. I know electricity/gas is set to rise in October, but that's what we currently pay.
