Large Double Bedroom, West End Glasgow

Hi there!
We are looking for a flatmate to share our wonderful flat with. Our flat is super well located in Partick, just 10-15 mins from University of Glasgow, and a very short walk to supermarkets and great transport links (bus, subway and train). We are offering the larger of the two rooms in this flat with furnishings of bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, shelving and mirror, the other room is shared by Michael and I. This of course also comes with access to our shared bathroom, living room/kitchen/dining room, and our separate little room for watching telly. On the ground floor, our flat is a homely place looking out over our lovely little shared garden which you're welcome to spend time in and get to know the neighbours.
Ideally, we would be looking to share with a final year or Master's student who is self-sufficient and tidy. Our shared spaces are relatively small and so it is important that we keep them clean for each others use :) We take communal responsibility for taking out bins, cleaning the bathroom etc., so we're looking for someone who will do their share. Michael and I both work fairly late into the evening (home by 11ish) and like to regularly stay up late, so if you are easily disturbed by noise in the evening probably not the best fit (though we are certainly not noisy by any means). As of late September we will both be back at University (myself in 4th year, Michael in 3rd), but also plan to continue working part time. When we are at home we like to hang out in the communal areas, cooking, baking, or watching movies. We very rarely eat meat so would appreciate someone who is vegetarian, or who also rarely eats meat.
